Job Description

Pay range: 40-50/hr

  • depending on experience

This advanced position plays a key role in collaborating with supply chain planning and adjacent functions to ensure reliable material supply and effective use of systems and resources. This position is responsible for defining and managing material supply schedules to meet production and customer demand while applying strong materials management expertise. The role supports efficient site operations, improves supply performance, and drives effective inventory management.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Identify projects and initiatives to increase efficiencies and drive detailed resolution plans to achieve customer delivery commitments and maintain inventory targets.
  • Develop alternative solutions for supply shortfalls impacting internal and/or external customers, ensuring root cause identification and corrective action implementation.
  • Independently handle complex procurement challenges using sound financial, operational, and business judgment in ambiguous environments.
  • Develop complex supply scenarios, manage order transitions, and conduct supply reviews to enhance performance
  • Coordinate component forecast and material ordering, and maintain supplier relationships
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across various levels of the supply chain
  • Support product lifecycle and or launch / transfer / divestment programs
  • Execute change management following regulatory and local requirements
  • Build strong relationships with partners
  • Maintain SAP planning parameters for the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Utilize effective delegation to expand scope of influence.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 10+ Years of of total professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Supply discipline: SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Quality in the Life Science or FMCG industry

Education Requirement - Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business studies, computer science, industrial engineering, economics or an equivalent qualification
