Group Fitness Instructor are an essential part of this mission, engaging with members, leading group training sessions, and ensuring an inspiring and results-focused experience every time.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will deliver the Planet Fitness group training program (PE@PF). Your role includes guiding members toward their fitness goals, developing straightforward workout routines, and teaching safe and effective equipment usage. You will contribute to member success by creating a motivating and supportive experience.

• Facilitate and manage the PE@PF program while maintaining the class schedule.
• Meet with members to discuss fitness goals and provide safe, effective equipment instruction.
• Design bi-weekly workout routines with varied exercises to promote engagement.
• Ensure class participation requirements are met based on club size and activity.
• Support front desk operations, including answering calls, processing check-ins, signing up members, giving tours, and updating accounts.
• Respond to member concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when needed.

• Current CPR certification.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Background in customer service or other client-focused roles.
