The Fitness Center Closing Attendant role is part of the club operations team and is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive member experience during evening and closing hours. Role and Responsibilities:

You will support daily gym operations during evening shifts by delivering exceptional customer service, assisting members at the front desk, and ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and fully prepared for the next business day.

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Provide prompt and effective customer service to resolve member inquiries and concerns.
• Process memberships, manage member check-ins, and update account information accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to membership-related questions and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of gym equipment, locker rooms, and all shared facility spaces.
• Perform routine facility inspections and report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Complete end-of-day closing duties and related administrative tasks.
• Promote club services, programs, and membership options to members and guests.
• Follow all established company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or membership management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a gym or membership-based business environment.
• Experience handling cash transactions and managing customer accounts.
• Basic understanding of fitness industry operations and services.
