As a Member Services Representative, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s mission by creating a positive and welcoming environment for members, prospective members, and guests while contributing to the Judgement Free Zone® culture.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Member Services Representative, you will help deliver an exceptional member experience through outstanding customer service and front desk operations. You will serve as a key point of contact for members and visitors while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming club environment.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner and assist with questions.
• Check members into the system accurately and efficiently.
• Support new member sign-ups and onboarding activities.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the club.
• Communicate professionally with members and team members while promoting a positive club experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with members and coworkers.
• Strong listening, empathy, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable attendance.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Positive and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk continually during shifts.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in an environment where exposure to cleaning chemicals may occur.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
