  • Implement and refine sales processes, playbooks, and scripting.
  • Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to manage leads and track progress.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or a related sales role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and pipeline development targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of outbound prospecting methodologies and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification processes.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
