Identify opportunities for subrogation and recovery where applicable. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior claims adjusters. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster, with a significant focus on complex claims. Proven expertise in claim investigation, evaluation, and negotiation. In-depth knowledge of insurance contracts, claims handling best practices, and relevant regulations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
