Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive array of advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized skincare procedures. Conduct thorough skin analyses to diagnose skin concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care regimens. Administer specialized beauty treatments such as waxing, threading, eyelash extensions, and brow shaping. Educate clients on skincare best practices, product ingredients, and the benefits of various treatments. Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product recommendations. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained in treatment rooms and throughout the spa facility. Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the esthetics and beauty industry. Actively promote and sell spa services, retail products, and treatment packages to clients. Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with spa management and other therapists to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. Contribute to the development and refinement of new spa treatment protocols and service offerings. Assist in training and mentoring junior estheticians. Manage inventory for skincare products and treatment supplies. Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician with a valid professional license or diploma. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as an esthetician, with a proven track record in performing advanced skincare treatments. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions. Proficiency in a wide range of esthetic equipment and technologies (e.g., HydraFacial, laser, RF). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. A passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
