Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate home care products. Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation in treatment rooms and the spa environment. Qualifications: Valid esthetician license in Madhya Pradesh. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a practicing esthetician, with proven experience in advanced treatments. In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions. Proficiency in performing various facial and body treatments, including peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Strong sales skills and experience in retail product recommendation.
