This role is based in **Hamilton, Ontario, CA**, and requires an in-office presence to foster direct collaboration with faculty and students. You will be at the forefront of integrating innovative technological solutions into the curriculum, providing training and support to educators, and evaluating the effectiveness of educational tools. Your expertise will be critical in developing and implementing strategies that leverage technology to improve pedagogical outcomes and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with faculty to identify needs and integrate educational technologies into course design and delivery. Develop and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions for educators on effective use of technology in teaching and learning. Evaluate and recommend new educational technologies, software, and platforms. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS). Design and create engaging digital learning materials and resources. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in educational technology and online learning. Contribute to the development and implementation of the institution's educational technology strategy. Manage projects related to the implementation of new educational technologies. Assist in the development of policies and guidelines related to technology use in education. Collect and analyze data on the usage and effectiveness of educational technologies. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational technology support and implementation within a post-secondary institution. Strong understanding of learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle) and other educational software. Proven experience in designing and facilitating adult learning workshops. Excellent knowledge of instructional design principles and multimedia development tools. Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is an asset. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of faculty, staff, and students.
