Responsibilities

Design, develop, and revise curricula for diverse educational programs, ensuring pedagogical soundness and alignment with learning objectives. Create engaging instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia content. Collaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and administrators to ensure curriculum relevance and accuracy. Develop and implement formative and summative assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing curricula and make recommendations for improvements. Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design in an educational setting. Proven expertise in designing learning experiences for various age groups and subject matters. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and educational psychology.
