Our client, a luxurious and highly-rated beauty salon and spa, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Cosmetologist and Esthetician to join their team in Kochi, Kerala, IN . This role requires a passion for beauty, a commitment to exceptional client service, and advanced skills in a wide range of cosmetology and esthetic services. You will be responsible for performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, makeup application, and advanced skincare treatments. Expertise in various hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, is also expected. The ideal candidate will possess excellent diagnostic skills to assess client skin and hair needs, recommending personalized treatment plans and products. You will maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, products, and techniques. The ability to upsell services and retail products is a plus. Certification from a recognized cosmetology and esthetics program is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a salon or spa setting.
