This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

The Senior Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and site management. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strict safety protocols. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, and the ability to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through final closeout. Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability. Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, identifying critical path activities and potential delays. Directing and supervising site operations, including subcontractors, labor, and material management. Ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations and implementing robust safety programs on site. Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and construction management platforms.
