- Develop and deliver clear and concise communication materials to educate employees about their compensation and benefits packages.
- Assist in the development and administration of executive compensation programs.

- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits administration.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and salary survey data.
- Comprehensive understanding of various employee benefits plans (health, retirement, voluntary benefits, etc.) and their administration.
- Familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations impacting compensation and benefits.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
