Key responsibilities include:

Investigating, evaluating, and settling complex motor insurance claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conducting thorough claim assessments, including vehicle damage appraisals and accident reconstruction analysis. Communicating effectively with claimants, policyholders, repair shops, and legal representatives to gather information and explain claim status. Negotiating settlements within authorized limits, ensuring fairness and accuracy. Identifying potential fraudulent claims and escalating them for further investigation.
