This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share, enhance brand equity, and achieve ambitious business objectives. The Senior Brand Manager will lead a team, manage significant budgets, and collaborate across departments to ensure brand consistency and success across all consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual brand plans, including marketing objectives, strategies, and tactical execution for assigned brands. Conduct in-depth market, consumer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential threats. Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation. Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, advertising, PR, and in-store promotions. Lead product innovation initiatives, from concept development and consumer testing to launch strategy. Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies. Monitor brand performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and media partners. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of marketing activities. Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 6 years of progressive brand management experience within the FMCG industry, with a significant focus on Food & Beverage categories. Proven track record of successfully launching and growing brands, driving market share, and achieving revenue targets. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research methodologies, and data analysis. Excellent financial acumen, including experience managing P&Ls and budgets. Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software. This is a critical on-site role within our Richmond, Virginia, US headquarters, demanding regular team interaction and strategic presence.
