Collaboration with the service manager and other technicians is key to maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in mentoring junior technicians, sharing your expertise, and promoting best practices within the workshop. A strong commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations is paramount. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service records is essential.
