Senior AI Research Scientist - Machine Learning Models

Our client, a pioneer in technological innovation, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior AI Research Scientist to join their cutting-edge research and development team in Hyderabad, Telangana, IN . This role is instrumental in pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence, focusing on the development and application of advanced machine learning models.

As a Senior AI Research Scientist, you will conceptualize, design, and implement novel machine learning algorithms and architectures. You will be responsible for tackling complex, unsolved problems in AI, driving research from ideation through to prototype development and potential implementation. Your work will involve deep theoretical understanding combined with practical application, requiring rigorous experimentation and analysis.

Key responsibilities include conducting research on various AI domains such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning. You will stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field, contributing original ideas and methods. This involves developing and optimizing ML models, performing extensive testing and validation, and evaluating performance against benchmarks. You will collaborate with other researchers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into our client's products and services. Strong publication record and patent filings are highly encouraged.

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 7 years of relevant research experience post-Ph.D., preferably in an industrial research setting. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing advanced machine learning algorithms (e.g., deep neural networks, LSTMs, transformers, GANs). Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Strong theoretical foundation in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms relevant to machine learning. Proven track record of publications in top-tier AI conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
