Monitor environmental conditions and their impact on crops, developing adaptive strategies as needed. Analyze crop performance data and adjust agronomic practices to optimize outcomes. Educate stakeholders on the latest advancements in agronomy, integrated pest management (IPM), and soil conservation. Collaborate with research institutions and industry partners to stay abreast of new developments and conduct trials. Prepare detailed reports on field conditions, crop performance, and recommended actions. Ensure compliance with relevant agricultural regulations and environmental standards. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Science, Agriculture, or a closely related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in agronomy, with extensive practical field experience.
