Role Overview:
Our client, a premier luxury hotel group, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of their flagship property in Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN. As the Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability. You will oversee all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards. Your role will involve developing operational strategies, setting performance goals, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments. Managing the operational budget, controlling costs, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities will be crucial aspects of your job. Staff management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation, will also be a significant part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as handling guest relations and resolving escalated complaints promptly and satisfactorily, will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all hotel departments.

- Lead, train, and motivate the operational team.

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
