Lead Industrial Engineer - Process Optimization

Develop business cases for process improvement initiatives and present findings to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all process designs. Qualifications: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on process optimization and system design. Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects that have delivered measurable results. Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement tools. Proficiency with CAD software, simulation tools (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic), and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
