Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing, production, and operational processes. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful project completion on time and within budget. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other technical staff. Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of process improvements. Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and opportunities for optimization. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and equipment to enhance operational capabilities. Develop business cases for process improvement initiatives and present findings to senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all process designs. Qualifications: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience may be considered. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on process optimization and system design. Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects that have delivered measurable results. Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement tools. Proficiency with CAD software, simulation tools (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic), and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent leadership, project management, and team collaboration abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences. Experience in data analysis and performance metrics development. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
