Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, air handling units, and refrigeration equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system malfunctions and failures. Perform preventative maintenance on all HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance and training. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagnostic findings and repairs. Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs. Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues efficiently. Provide technical support and advice to clients and other departments. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC is required. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. Proven experience leading or supervising a team of technicians. Strong knowledge of HVACR systems, electrical components, and control systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of building codes and safety regulations. Valid driver's license and a good driving record. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
