Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of estheticians, providing ongoing training, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities. Develop and implement innovative skincare treatment protocols and service offerings, staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, staff supervision, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional esthetician services, including advanced facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, and other specialized treatments, to a discerning clientele. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized care and addressing individual skin concerns with expert advice and solutions. Drive retail sales of skincare products, educating clients on product benefits and recommending appropriate regimens. Manage the spa's budget, track financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets. Ensure a pristine and welcoming spa environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ambiance. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote spa services and special offers. Qualifications:

A valid esthetics license is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Proven expertise in a wide range of advanced skincare treatments and product knowledge. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent sales and customer service skills.
