Responsibilities

Perform a comprehensive range of advanced skincare treatments including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and LED therapy. Conduct thorough skin analysis and client consultations to identify specific needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Develop personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans for clients to achieve optimal results. Educate clients on proper home care techniques and product usage. Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and product recommendations. Lead and mentor junior estheticians, providing training on techniques, product knowledge, and client service standards. Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the beauty and wellness industry. Manage inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Promote and sell retail skincare products, achieving sales targets. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety in the treatment rooms and spa environment. Assist in developing new treatment protocols and service offerings. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications:

Certified Esthetician with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a professional spa or clinic setting. Advanced knowledge of skin physiology, various skin conditions, and treatment modalities. Proficiency in performing a wide array of aesthetic procedures. Excellent client consultation and communication skills. Strong sales and customer service orientation. Experience in leading or mentoring a team is highly desirable. Knowledge of skincare product lines and ingredients. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by local regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
