Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of educational technology initiatives across the institution. Evaluate, select, and integrate new educational technologies, tools, and platforms to support curriculum and instruction. Design and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions for faculty and staff on effective technology use. Provide ongoing technical support and pedagogical guidance to educators integrating technology into their teaching. Collaborate with IT services to ensure the technical infrastructure supports educational technology deployment. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, best practices guides, and support resources for educational technology. Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in educational technology and digital learning. Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to inform the continuous improvement of technology integration strategies. Foster a culture of innovation and digital literacy within the academic community.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in educational technology integration, instructional design, or a related role within an academic setting. Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and other educational software. Strong understanding of pedagogical theories and best practices for online and blended learning. Experience in developing and delivering effective training programs for adult learners. Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with web development and multimedia tools is an asset.
