Lead Blockchain Developer - Decentralized Applications

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, smart contract development, and decentralized application (dApp) architecture. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our blockchain initiatives, leading a team of talented developers, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex dApp projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Designing, developing, and deploying secure and efficient smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum (Solidity), Binance Smart Chain, or similar. Architecting and building decentralized applications (dApps) from the ground up, integrating blockchain technology with front-end interfaces. Leading and mentoring a team of blockchain developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Conducting code reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and performance optimization. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Researching and evaluating new blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools to stay ahead of the curve. Troubleshooting and debugging complex blockchain systems and dApps. Ensuring the security and integrity of blockchain-based systems and user data. Contributing to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for the company's blockchain endeavors. Staying updated with the rapidly evolving blockchain landscape and relevant regulatory changes. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in software development, including a significant focus on blockchain technology. Proven experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Rust, etc.), understanding of cryptographic principles, and familiarity with dApp development frameworks are essential. Strong leadership skills and excellent problem-solving abilities are required.
