As an E-commerce Marketing Manager for our client, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and enhancing brand engagement through innovative social media strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Managing all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI and key performance indicators.
- Analyzing social media data and website analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the e-commerce team to align social media efforts with overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Developing and managing relationships with influencers and brand partners.
- Creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for each platform, including graphics, videos, and written copy.
- Monitoring social media conversations and responding to customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Reporting on social media performance and campaign results to stakeholders.
- Effectively managing the social media budget.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising functionalities.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design/video editing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
