Stay current with advancements in agronomy, agricultural science, and sustainable land management. Collaborate with government agencies, research institutions, and industry partners. Mentor junior agronomists and contribute to team development. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, or a related agricultural field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy, with a focus on sustainable agriculture and research. Proven expertise in crop physiology, soil fertility, plant pathology, and entomology. Experience with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis tools. Strong understanding of environmental science and sustainable land management practices. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with experience in technical reporting and client advisory.
