Program Details & Responsibilities:

Participate in structured on-the-job training covering various aspects of industrial electrical maintenance. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical equipment, including motors, generators, and control panels. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and malfunctions under supervision. Assist in the maintenance and calibration of instrumentation and control systems. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures. Participate in classroom-based theoretical training sessions covering electrical theory, safety, and relevant codes. Maintain a log of training activities and acquired skills. Support the electrical team in various site-specific projects and tasks. Develop proficiency in the safe use of electrical tools and testing equipment. Eligibility Criteria:

Completed 10th grade or equivalent qualification, with a strong emphasis on Science and Mathematics. Interest in pursuing a career in the electrical trades. Good physical health and ability to perform manual tasks. Willingness to learn and follow instructions meticulously. Basic understanding of mechanical principles is a plus.
