Our client is seeking a motivated and eager Junior Apprentice Electrician to join their team in Baltimore, Maryland . As a Junior Apprentice, you will be involved in a wide range of electrical tasks, from basic installations to assisting with complex troubleshooting. You will learn to read blueprints, install wiring systems, connect electrical components, and perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment. Safety is paramount in this role, and you will be trained on all relevant safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Responsibilities: Assist journeymen electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems. Learn to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Install and connect wiring, conduits, and electrical components. Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on electrical systems. Follow all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Participate in on-the-job training and educational coursework. Respond to emergency service calls as needed. Contribute to a team-oriented environment and support colleagues.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated interest in the electrical trade. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to work in various environments and lift moderate weight. Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Basic understanding of tools and equipment is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites within the Baltimore, Maryland area.
