Executive Chef

Our client, a premier hospitality establishment in Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN , is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead their culinary operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various cuisines, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering world-class dining experiences. Responsibilities include menu development and innovation, overseeing kitchen staff, managing food costs and inventory, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in high-volume, fine-dining environments, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef capacity. A strong background in pastry, butchery, and garde manger is highly desirable. A culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
