Conduct tastings and menu planning meetings with clients. Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and responsible alcohol service. Manage inventory of catering supplies, linens, and equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events. Stay abreast of industry trends, menu innovations, and competitor activities. Train and supervise event staff, ensuring excellent customer service and presentation. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in catering management, event planning, or food and beverage management. Proven experience in menu development and customization. Excellent client relationship management and sales skills. Strong understanding of event operations, logistics, and execution. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
