Perform detailed hair and scalp analyses to ensure client satisfaction and hair health. Apply color, highlights, lowlights, and other chemical treatments accurately and safely. Style hair for various occasions, including everyday looks, formal events, and editorial photoshoots. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and salon environment. Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and products in the cosmetology industry. Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and relationship building. Promote and sell salon products and services to clients. Adhere to all salon policies and procedures. Assist in training junior stylists and support team members as needed. Handle client appointments and manage time effectively to ensure smooth salon operations. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients and staff. Attend ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance skills. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Valid Cosmetology license in the state of Madhya Pradesh or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Cosmetologist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling and coloring techniques. Excellent technical skills in hair cutting, coloring, and styling for all hair types. In-depth knowledge of hair and scalp conditions and appropriate treatments. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong understanding of current hair and beauty trends. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Professional demeanor and appearance.
