Our client is searching for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Social Work Manager to oversee and direct social work services within their community programs based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, IN . This leadership position requires a strong blend of clinical expertise, administrative acumen, and a deep commitment to serving vulnerable populations. You will be responsible for guiding a team of social workers, developing intervention strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating a team of clinical social workers, providing guidance on case management, therapeutic interventions, and professional development. Developing and implementing comprehensive social work programs and policies that align with organizational goals and community needs. Conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapeutic services to clients facing complex psychosocial challenges. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and culturally sensitive social work services. Managing client caseloads, monitoring progress, and facilitating appropriate referrals to external resources and support systems. Collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients. Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with established guidelines and legal requirements. Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the overall care planning process. Staying informed about relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work and healthcare. Managing program budgets, resources, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 5 years of post-master's clinical social work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, MI, trauma-informed care). Strong understanding of child welfare, mental health, and community support systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
