Our client is seeking a highly skilled and certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join their operational team. This role is critical for ensuring the airworthiness and safety of our fleet. You will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing aircraft systems, and conducting inspections in accordance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of aircraft mechanics and systems, strong diagnostic skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. A valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license is mandatory. This position requires a commitment to safety, adherence to strict protocols, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance tasks as per approved maintenance programs and data. Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft structure, engines, and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, implementing effective repairs. Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance actions are accurately documented in accordance with regulatory requirements. Comply with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times. Participate in on-call duties and respond to aircraft discrepancies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper tool and equipment management. Collaborate effectively with flight crews, operations personnel, and other maintenance teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department. Qualifications: Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license issued by DGCA or equivalent international authority. Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial aircraft. In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, engines, and related components. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation and maintenance manuals. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Excellent understanding of aviation safety regulations and procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical ability to perform the demands of the role, including working at heights and in confined spaces.
