Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive skin analysis to assess clients' skin type, conditions, and concerns. Develop and recommend personalized facial treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Administer a wide range of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and massage techniques. Operate and maintain specialized esthetic equipment, such as microdermabrasion machines, LED light therapy devices, and chemical peel applicators. Provide expert advice on proper home care routines and recommend suitable skincare products. Educate clients on skincare ingredients, their benefits, and potential interactions. Maintain meticulous client records, documenting treatment details, progress, and recommendations. Ensure the treatment room is clean, sanitized, and impeccably organized according to hygiene standards. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and product innovations in the beauty and wellness industry. Promote spa services and products to clients, building long-term relationships. Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Certification or diploma from an accredited esthetician program. Licensed Aesthetician as per local regulations. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Aesthetician, preferably in a high-end spa or clinic setting. Proven expertise in performing various facial treatments and using esthetic equipment. Strong knowledge of skin physiology, conditions, and ingredients. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
