About the role

We are looking for a sharp social media and performance marketing intern for a 4-month paid internship who can manage posting, scheduling, ads, analytics and lead-generation campaigns for Pitaara.

You will work closely with the content creation interns and the founders to publish content, run targeted campaigns, generate B2B leads, increase website traffic, improve WhatsApp inquiries, and track performance.

Responsibilities

Manage posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
Maintain a content posting calendar and ensure consistency.
Write/refine captions, hashtags, descriptions and CTAs.
Run and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
Help build targeted audiences for sweet shops, caterers, packaging dealers, gifting companies, corporate gifting suppliers and festive B2B buyers.
Optimize campaigns for sample requests, WhatsApp clicks, website visits, catalogue inquiries and orders.
Track ad performance including reach, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, WhatsApp clicks and lead quality.
Coordinate with the Business Development intern to understand which leads are converting.
Maintain weekly performance reports.
Suggest improvements in ad creatives, landing pages, targeting and campaign structure.
Help improve Pitaara’s visibility across social media and search-led discovery.

Stipend

This is a paid internship. Fixed stipend: INR 8000, variable: INR 1000 (based on performance).

Requirements

Intermediate understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google platforms.
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is preferred.
Strong analytical mindset.
Good writing skills for captions, ad copy and CTAs.
Comfortable with AI tools, Google Sheets, analytics dashboards and reporting.
Enthusiastic about digital marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, B2B marketing and brand growth.
Must be available in-office in Indore.

Good to have

Experience running small to large ad campaigns.
Knowledge of pixels, retargeting, landing pages, Google Analytics or Search Console.
Understanding of WhatsApp-led sales funnels.
Familiarity with AI tools for ad copy, campaign ideation, reporting and research.
