Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager Intern at Pipeline AI, you will play a crucial role in delivering value to clients by owning the operational and strategic aspects of the business. This is a high-ownership position within an early-stage AI company where you will have the opportunity to lead and guide the Customer Success team towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Associates, ensuring quality and consistency in client engagements
  • Ensure adherence to established SOPs and playbooks, identifying and addressing gaps as the business evolves
  • Guide associates in developing client-facing GTM strategies, defining ICPs, and creating campaign personas tailored to client goals
  • Serve as an internal escalation point and strategic advisor for complex client situations
  • Drive high efficiency and output standards across the team, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards
  • Translate customer feedback into structured product inputs for the tech team, facilitating communication between clients and the product roadmap
  • Continuously refine the operations of the CS team as Pipeline AI scales

Qualifications Required:

  • MBA degree is mandatory
  • 2 to 4 years of pre-MBA experience in client-facing, consulting, or fast-paced operational roles
  • Background in computer science or technology is advantageous
  • Familiarity with AI, particularly in outbound sales and GTM tools, is a plus
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and operational thinking abilities
  • A builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Excellent communication skills and coaching abilities

Note: Compensation for the internship includes a stipend ranging from INR 40,000 to 60,000 per month, with the potential for a full-time salary conversion to INR 14 to 16 LPA based on performance during the internship period.
