The Police & Liaison officer will manage and coordinate all law enforcement, regulatory, and legal interface activities for the IT organization

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Structured, compliant, and timely engagement with police and statutory

authorities

• Reduction of operational, reputational, and legal risks
• Professional handling of incidents, investigations, notices, and court matters
• Support to Site Security Head, Corporate Security, Legal, HR, and Compliance teams
• Business continuity with minimal disruption to IT operations
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Grduate Law enforcement (retired police officer – Inspector/DSP level or above) with experince into Security consulting with proven police & legal liaison exposure

• Criminal procedure basics
• Police investigation processes
• FIR, notice, summons handling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
