We currently have the following position available:
Construction - Project Manager
Required skills & experience:
- Experienced Project Manager needed to manage construction projects; renovations, new construction, repair & maintenance work.
- Manage multiple projects from start to finish:
•
- Estimating
- Scheduling
- Mobilizing
- Submittals
- Shop Drawings
- Supervise day to day onsite operations
- Close out packages
- Must be able to communicate and coordinate with all trades / disciplines.
- Knowledge and experience with blueprints, scheduling and phasing of carpentry, drywall, casework installations and finish work required.
- Strong organizational and communications skills with the ability to utilize current technology: PCs, spreadsheets, email is expected; proficient in Microsoft Office and associated tools is ideal
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills
- Must be a Pro-active Team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
Good to have skills:
- Knowledge of Building Department and permitting procedures for construction project
- Willingness to interact with clients and sub-contractors
This position reports to our Waldorf, MD office.
Pay rate negotiable and based on skill level and experience.
