Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Alleppey, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Physiotherapist at PhysioPlus will assess and treat patients with physical conditions, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and provide evidence-based therapy. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, maintaining accurate records, educating patients about preventive measures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. The role also includes participation in professional development activities and adherence to clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnostic techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in creating personalized rehabilitation plans and managing treatment progress.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to use clinic management software for patient records, appointments, and billing.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, clinical protocols, and safety standards in physiotherapy.
• Certification or degree in physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work setup and travel for in-person consultations as needed.
• Experience with mentorship, continuous medical education, or participation in physiotherapy training programs is considered an advantage.
