You will be responsible for driving high-impact strategic initiatives for offline business growth and expansion. This will include managing stakeholder communication, collaborating with various departments, building a deep understanding of business KPIs, ensuring on-time delivery, improving time to value, leading annual operating plan planning and execution, performing scenario planning, ROI analysis for strategic decisions, and tracking projects, deliverables, and financial performance.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Drive high-impact strategic initiatives for offline business growth and expansion
  • Manage stakeholder communication, including process changes, planning & escalations
  • Collaborate with Finance, SCM, HR, Admin, and cross-functional teams
  • Build deep understanding of business KPIs and support leadership decisions
  • Ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and improve Time To Value (TTV)
  • Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning and execution
  • Perform scenario planning & ROI analysis for strategic decisions
