Feasibility study for the new project (Cost Analysis & manufacturing feasibility).\nProduct folder for new /relocated articles.\nNew Projects Implementation and relocation.\nMust be capable of interpreting and understanding complex drawings and schematics of various components and performing to detailed written tasks to accomplish precision fabrication.\nAttend and participate in a variety of meetings and task force groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problem, and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments and requirements.\nArticle Inclusion - Master Data Set up & Customize article setup in ERP & assembly line. Document preparation for Assembly and Testing.\nTest and release of single parts /purchased parts & pre-assembled pats (Status First sample single/pre-assembled part at OSM).\nCreate Change request for replacement metal tool, relocation & parallel production & also check the effect of change.\nProduct Release & Inter-Department Coordination.\nLean Activities including Poka-Yoke.\nSourcing of component/Device/Machines.\nProcess optimization & Improvement (CIP & PDCA).\nFMEA/VSM process & Monitoring Product Life Cycle.\nTraining staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals.
