As a Program Manager - Lead for the Project Management vertical within the Digitalization function at our Center of Excellence in Lagos, Nigeria, your role will involve leading a portfolio of high-impact digital transformation projects to deliver measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a portfolio of high-impact digital transformation projects
- Managing and mentoring a team of Project Managers
- Driving governance, SOPs, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborating with Enterprise Architects, Technology Heads, and Business Leaders
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high adoption
- Proactively managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Leading executive-level communications, reviews, and steering committees
What We're Looking For
- 20+ years of experience in large-scale industries (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.)
- Proven leadership in managing large ERP programs (SAP, SRM, CRM)
- Solid understanding of business processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R
- Experience handling large teams (60-100+ members) across complex project timelines
- Expertise in Agile & Waterfall methodologies
Qualifications & Certifications:
- Engineering / MBA / MCA or equivalent
- PMP, Scrum, ITIL or similar certifications preferred
