Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Shift Supervisor based in Creighton, SK. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, ensuring health and safety compliance, addressing operational challenges, and contributing to achieving organizational goals. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will support and mentor team members to align their efforts with company standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, staff scheduling, and leadership
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to address operational challenges effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and feedback
• Proficiency in organizational tasks, including time management and delegation
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and foster a positive workplace culture
• Relevant experience in operational or supervisory roles is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
• Familiarity with local community and industry practices in Saskatchewan is an advantage
