We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth workflow.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
• Handle calls, emails, and basic correspondence
• Maintain records, files, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients
• Assist in scheduling and office management duties

Requirements

• Near-native level proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Basic French skills (ability to speak and understand preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Candidate

• Prior experience in administration or office support roles is a plus
• Candidates comfortable working evening shifts
