A dynamic organization seeks an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions, align people strategies with business goals and drive employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager spearheads strategic HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, while bridging management and staff to foster productivity. Responsibilities span strategic planning, policy implementation, and performance management to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, strategise and implement HR initiatives that are aligned with business objectives and support organizational growth and performance
  • Work closely with business leaders and provide recommendations on how to optimise business performance through effective management of the full recruitment cycle
  • Drive performance management activities such as goal setting, performance reviews and development plan to develop talent
  • Support business leaders in the management of manpower budget to ensure that the business is efficient and productive
  • Monitor, report and analyse HR metrics to diagnose performance and implement strategic decisions accordingly
  • Manage the HR team to efficiently handle all administrative tasks and payroll matters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 - 7 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience, preferably with experience reporting directly to top management
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and practices in Singapore
  • Proven skills in communication, negotiation, leadership, and HR software proficiency, plus in-depth knowledge of employment laws
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal abilities, with a people-oriented and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of staff
