Financial Controller India

Role & responsibilities : We are seeking CA, highly experienced as Finance Controller to lead the finance controllership function for the India legal entity of a GCC. This role will be responsible for strong financial governance, accurate reporting, statutory and tax compliance, audit management, and effective team leadership .

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have lead endtoend finance controllership for the India legal entity, including accurate accounting, month/quarter close, and financial reporting.
• Ensure strong tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance (Ind AS, US GAAP, TDS, GST, income tax, transfer pricing) and manage all audits.
• Oversee cash flow, treasury, intercompany transactions, and management reporting to support business decisions.
• Build and lead a highperforming finance team, partnering closely with internal stakeholders, regulators, banks, and consultants.

Education & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• 15+ years of India finance controllership experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and US GAAP
• ERP experience (Workday preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
