As an Executive / Sr Talent Executive - Talent Acquisition at Persistent, your role will involve managing end-to-end technical hiring processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- **End-to-End Recruitment:**
- Managing full life-cycle recruitment for IT/Technical roles
- Understanding technical skill requirements and translating them into effective hiring strategies
- **Sourcing & Talent Mapping:**
- Sourcing candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conducting passive candidate sourcing and market mapping
- **Screening & Selection:**
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR/technical fit discussions
- Coordinating technical interviews with stakeholders
- Ensuring high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- **Stakeholder Management:**
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and expectations
- Providing regular hiring updates, market insights, and hiring feasibility feedback
- **Offer Management & Joining:**
- Managing offer roll-out, negotiation, and candidate engagement till joining
- Handling documentation, background checks, and onboarding coordination
- **Reporting & Compliance:**
- Maintaining recruitment data, trackers, and ATS updates
- Ensuring adherence to hiring policies, processes, and compliance standards
- Tracking recruitment metrics such as TAT, closure ratio, and sourcing effectiveness
For this position, you are expected to bring:
- 3 Years & above Experience in IT/Technical recruitment
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
