What You'll Do

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ReactJs and AI in frontend development.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain React-based web applications with a strong focus on performance and scalability
• Contribute to initiatives around product launches, internal tooling, community engineering, open source tooling, architectural overhauls, AI workflow integration, and efficient CI/CD.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Software Engineer who is passionate about all things Web Development, Internet, and the future of AI-assisted engineering
• Make use of your experience in full-stack web development to make meaningful contributions to our Brand and Web Experience team.
• In addition, youll contribute to initiatives around product launches, internal tooling, community engineering, open source tooling, architectural overhauls, AI workflow integration, and efficient CI/CD.
• Watch over our key marketing properties from a full stack perspective, working primarily in TypeScript, React, and Node.Js.Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.G., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, etc) to accelerate coding workflows, generate tests, and optimize documentation.
• Collaborate with design, UX, marketing, and product stakeholders.
• Make contributions to our internal design system component library.
• Participate and support in operational excellence.
• Independently ship web updates from planning to launch to maintenance with high autonomy.
• Contribute to architectural decisions with a future-proofing mindset.
• Understand the full range of dependencies and keep them updated.
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI tooling into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) or experience building applications that utilize AI/LLM APIs.Some experience with foundational backend and infrastructure technologies, like Node.Js, PostgresSQL, Nginx, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.Ideal candidates have experience in networking and internet engineering best practices as well as hands-on experience with Next.Js.
• Exhibit strong and confident verbal and written communication skills.
