System Network Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a System Network Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure with 5–8 years of experience to manage and support enterprise and cloud networking environments. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and security while working in a fast-paced, SLA-driven 24×7 support model.

What You'll Do

• Configure, monitor, and support network, firewall, VPN, and load balancer infrastructure
• Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, routing, firewall, VPN) and resolve incidents
• Handle service requests, incidents, and changes through ticketing systems (SLA-driven)
• Implement networking changes like firewall rules, routing updates, VPN tunnels, and AWS components
• Support maintenance activities, upgrades, and ensure proper documentation/runbooks
• Participate in 24×7 on-call support and collaborate with teams during critical issues

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking, including routing and switching fundamentals
• Expertise in firewall management (Fortigate) and VPN technologies (SSL VPN, IPsec VPN)
• Good knowledge of AWS networking (VPC, subnets, route tables, security groups, load balancers)
• Experience in troubleshooting network, firewall, VPN, and connectivity issues in production environments
• Exposure to multi-vendor environments (Juniper, NTT, virtual firewalls, F5 load balancers)
• Ability to work in 24×7 cloud operations with strong incident handling, SLA management, and problem-solving skills
